News design, new forum

New Theme As I had more and more trouble with Simple Forum, I’ve finally decided to hurry the move on my new theme. The new forum is powered by bbPress which is both more powerful and more reliable.
Sorry for the previous posts. I’ll try to see how I can import tham from SF database in the coming days.
I’ve developped this theme from scratch, so it’s not finalized yet, still some details to clean.
PS: this new theme is also eeePC ready ;)

    Looks fine! Nice, tidy, clear.
    Just want to add in that I have just good experiences with the SimplePress forum plugin/software - a total makeover of the old Simple Forum you used previously. If you stick to that, at least you would have no problems keeping old posts. They’ve also made filters to convert/import posts from other forum types like bbPress - so you won’t iss the new ones. Just to let you know.

    As for Simple:Press: I ran some tests on it before choosing bbpress. It was ok. But bbPress seems a more viable solution in the long term and has also natural connections with WordPress (I’m saying it as a dev ;) ). Plus, the theme integration is quite easy with bbPress.
