Finally, the new version of Le-Hiboo by Rod has gone live.

It’s an attempt to have a better integration of news (Rod is a reporter for music and movie event in Paris), videos, mp3 and FlickR (as you’ll see if you go through the site, Rod and his fellows are very talented photographs who use lots of FlickR diskspaces ) with an improved navigation using ajax when necessary.

Though it still needs some improvments on the performance side, it’s already quite nice.

Rod, Amo, Neldor and myself have worked on this project. AmO is the developper of the fantastic plugin Simple Tags and has taken the server and most technical part in charge (if you need some consulting around wordPress, you can trust this professional).

Le-Hiboo theme is Mimbo 2.1, but I must admit, there’s very few of it left now (the font-style maybe). It runs Post-Thumb (for thumbnails), ptAlbum (for FlickR galleries and page creation), ptFlickR (for user additional data), ptAvatar (for post and comment avatars), Simple Tags (for tags), Search Everything (for search), Wordtube (for media management, though it’s a specific version of it) and some other plugins. There a lot of specifics in it too.
